My Ceylon adventure

Ceylon poster Galle

Hi all,

Stay tuned for my upcoming travel posts on my adventures in Sri Lanka. It’s such a beautiful country and I had a tremendously good time there.

It had a bit of everything  – ancient sites, slopes of green tea fields with gorgeous views from atop, quaint little towns, and pristine beaches.

Between J and I, we have 2,000 photos in 2 weeks! I will be sharing some photos with you once I have them sorted.

I would be doing a feature on the tea plantation and tea factory that I visited in the tea country as well as a write up on the wonderful flavours of Sri Lanka.

Till the next time…

xx,
Jo

This passion took me on a whirlwind, unforgettable ride through the patisserie diploma course at Le Cordon Bleu (Sydney). Join me on my discovery for the love of food – through the kitchen, through the markets, through experimenting, tasting and loving.

  3. Only 2000 photos? I thought for sure you would be taking at least 1000 a day…LOL. Have fun

  4. I can’t even imagine… That truly sounds like the trip of a lifetime. Good luck sorting through all those photos- I know that culling through and editing them can be the hardest part!
