If I rule the world, my world would be a beautiful place.
where there would be no hunger,
no frozen and processed food…
My world would be beaming with joy.
Joy because there is freshly made food on the table, everyday.
And if anything fails, there will always be tarts to set everything right.
My first love is eating. A very close second is my love for baking and cooking. I passionately believe that the best form of appreciation of something is almost always through the creation of it.
This passion took me on a whirlwind, unforgettable ride through the patisserie diploma course at Le Cordon Bleu (Sydney).
